SPRING ENTERTAINING FAVORITES

Spring is in full effect here in the south and there’s nothing I love more than throwing something on the grill, whipping up a batch of cocktails and having a few friends over for a poolside dinner! While I like to keep the food and drinks super simple, I still love going all out on the table; pretty napkins, bamboo flatware and gorgeous glassware (these are acrylic, if you can believe it!) help to make even a last-minute get together feel that much more special and that’s what it’s really all about, isn’t it? There are so many pretties that have caught my eye lately, but I’m having a navy and white and green moment – it’s so fresh and fun and the quintessential color palette for summer! I love myrtle topiary, despite the ironic fact that I can’t keep them alive AT ALL. Etsy is one of my favorite sources for live topiary; love this, this.

My rattan tray and cloche is one of my favorite entertaining/decorating staples because it’s so versatile; use is to cover food at a barbeque or picnic and then hide crayons and arts and crafts items for the kiddos inside! LOVE this one so much!

I use my navy gingham napkins almost every day. They’re so beautiful and add a pop of color to the table but are also pretty good at disguising spills or stains (I also have my stain stick handy, lol!) These monogrammed beauties are such a great gift idea for the perpetual entertainer!

These salt and pepper wells have been on my wishlist for a while now and now they’re 40% off!!! Such a beautiful accent for a table or buffet.

These basket weave cheese knives are gorgeous and add such texture and interest to a white cheese platter!
