INSPIRED DESIGN: LB COPELAND INTERIORS

I recently stumbled upon the portfolio of designer LB Copeland and immediately fell down a beautiful rabbit hole of inspiration. Her spaces are beautifully layered with just about everything I love in interiors – soft and moody color palettes, lots of texture, subtle pattern, antique pieces and plenty of natural light, creating an understated elegance that is effortlessly stunning. Design really is in the details and Copeland nails it with trimmed lamp shades, turned leg wood furniture and trim and window casings painted a few shades darker than the walls, but what draws me most to her work, however, is that she designs her spaces for families to live in, not just to be pretty. You can easily imagine littles playing on the floor, with momma curled up on the sofa with a cup of coffee and a design book. Everything is artfully arranged, but not too precious – the epitome of living beautiful, in my book. So, today I’m pressing pause on holiday content to share some favorites from Copeland’s incredible portfolio because any Monday that starts out with design eye candy like this is bound to be good!

Hope you’re all off to a great start this week!
