Thanksgiving will be here before we know it and we will be celebrating it twice, starting the weekend before, so I’ve been busy scheming how I’ll be setting my table this year! I’m currently obsessed with checks, so I think I’ll be pairing them with lots of texture, bamboo, tortoise, my grandmother’s silver candlesticks and a pop of green from a trio of myrtle topiary. Today, I’m sharing a few tables that are inspiring me lately, not only for Thanksgiving, but for the entire holiday season – lots of candlelight, muted colors and texture mixed in with beautiful basics like simple white dinnerware, French wine glasses and bamboo cutlery. And stay turned for a roundup of some of my favorite entertaining/serving pieces for Thanksgiving!
