AN ENGLISH-INSPIRED HOUSE IN THE VILLAGE

One of my favorite things to do when the weather is nice is to drive or walk past some of my favorite homes in the area; I actually wouldn’t be surprised if the owners of some of them know me and my car by sight by now with as many times as I’ve stopped to take pics, so I was thrilled to see that one of my absolute favorites went up on the market recently so I could see snaps from every angle! This Georgian Revival, built in 1926 is up for a cool $2.6 million and chock full of the most beautiful details, like Flemish bond brickwork, a slate-covered hipped roof with arched dormers, three massive paneled chimneys a gorgeous Carolina room and a two-bedroom carriage house. I loved the fact that I can see angles of this property that I’ve never been able to get close enough to peek in on myself; here are a few of my favorites below. Read more about the property here.
