NEW BOTANICAL PRINTS FROM SHOP UPCOUNTRY LIVING + 20% OFF YOUR ORDER
Anyone who knows me well knows that change is not something I’m quick to embrace – especially when it comes to my littles. A perfect example is the gallery wall in my little miss’s room, which has not been touched since I hung it when I was pregnant with her eight years ago! While my momma’s heart is having quite a hard time accepting the fact that time is flying at warp speed, I knew her walls needed a change, something to grow a little more along with her, so it was time to pack up some of the more baby-ish art. When Joy from Shop Upcountry Living reached out to see if I would be interested in some of her prints, it was the perfect chance for a little refresh!
If you guys aren’t familiar with Joy, her shop is a treasure trove of beautiful antique pieces, artwork, furniture, tableware and garden finds and her Instagram is a feast for design loving eyes! Since my little miss LOVES flowers – we force paperwhites and amaryllis at Christmas, hyacinth this time of year and then herbs and a ton of annuals, come spring – botanicals were the perfect choice for her room. I sent Joy a photo of the coral and peach striped pillows from her bedding and she immediately sent me a few botanicals to pick from with the same beautiful shade of coral.
After deliberating a bit between gold or white frames, I ended up going with simple white frames and had mats cut to fit in the most gorgeous shade of coral (colorway “SUSHI” from the framing department at Hobby Lobby!) The color is a perfect match for not only the beautiful prints, but also her painted ceiling and the striped accent pillows, and is the perfect “big girl” accent to her room!
The prints come in a set of four (you can find four of mine here). Honestly, it was very hard trying to pick which ones we wanted because Joy has so many beautiful options to choose from. I love how the background is more ivory than white, too:
Joy is generously offering 20% off your purchase on anything from her site with code BLUE20, so it’s the perfect time to check out her beautiful selection of botanical, aviary, seascapes and sea life prints, both vintage and antique! Thank you so much, Joy, for your beautiful prints; you’ve made for one very happy little miss (and momma!)
