flowers for mom

Mother’s Day is less than a week away!  In case you missed my gift guide last week, there’s still time to order something special for your momma, but if you’re short on time or ideas, flowers are always a great option – especially when they’re presented in a gorgeous vessel!  As much as I love fresh flowers, I have a bit of an obsession with beautiful vases, as well.  I saw the image above (via A Fabulous Fete) a few weeks ago and loved the simplicity of the flowers, naturally, but also how they pack an even bigger punch in the oversize glass vase (on sale at Pier 1 right now!)  I rounded up a few other favorite flower vases below; add some beautiful blooms for a lovely, thoughtful Mother’s Day gift!

These honeycomb white glass vases are just the most beautiful I’ve seen; they are a personal favorite of mine!

Swirl taper vases are a beautiful, modern take on traditional blue and white!

Burlap covered vases like these are actually an easy DIY and look beautiful as candle holders, too!

These white ceramic faux bamboo vases were included in last week’s gift guide, but they’re so stunning I had to include them here, as well!

These matte black glass vases are modern and so chic!

I LOVE these rope handled bubble glass vases from Pier 1.  They make as much of a statement filled with flowers as they do on their own!

A silver plated mint julep cup is a classic way to display a small group of blooms.

Jill Rosenwald has the loveliest collection of striped vases in a bevy of beautiful colors and rimmed in gold.  Loving this capri striped vase and this orchid vase.

These ridge vases are a great pick for the momma who loves a more modern touch!

Happy Monday!

I couldn't agree more with your picks; I got the honeycomb vase for Christmas and not only is it gorgeous, but it looks so pretty even without flowers that I keep it out all the time! Great roundup!
