christmas gift guide 2015: for the hostess

I hope you all had a wonderful Thanksgiving!  I hadn’t meant to stay away from the blog so long but it was just way too hard prying myself away from the hubby (who is home from deployment finally!) and my little miss!  With the holiday season already in full-swing, it’s time to get moving on Christmas shopping, though, and that includes hostess gifts for all the amazing parties we have over the next few weeks.  While there’s nothing wrong with a great bottle of wine, I like to shake it up a little for the holidays and give something a little extra special.  Here are a bevy of beautiful gift ideas that won’t break the bank (most are $25 or less!); from a brass anchor bottle opener and festive holiday napkins to a blue and white chinoiserie ornament or a gorgeous, faux bamboo vase, you just can’t go wrong with showing your appreciation with any one of these.  I would gladly take one of each!!

I know how you feel. My son just joined the Marine Corps and was home on leave after bootcamp. Enjoy every minute! I love that Elf Print. It made me chuckle 🙂
