welcome home

This weekend marked the end of yet another deployment and it has been so nice having the last few days to unplug (the landscapers next door accidentally cut our phone and internet lines) and recharge with the hubby!  The photo above is from after our first deployment as married kiddos in 2005, but it still conveys the same sense of excitement and anticipation as I feel today whenever he returns from the many deployments we’ve been through.  I’m so proud to be a military wife and am even more grateful for his safe return.  Hope you guys are having a great week!  Next up, some inspiring (and inexpensive) ideas for mason jars!
