project sneak peek
My fabulous client and I are making some serious headway on her family room – wide plank, handscraped hardwood floors have been installed, bookshelves styled and organized, new lighting chosen, a set of wing backs reupholstered and slowly, but surely, we are getting to the final finishing touches. We still have window treatments to install, more lighting to purchase and a pretty impressive gallery wall of family photos to hang, but for now, here are a few sneak peeks!
The built-in bookshelves on either side of the room now display the homeowner’s extensive book collection, souvenirs and a ton of family photos:
The brass bells were given as favors at the homeowners’ wedding to signify when guests wanted the couple to kiss-how unique!
Closeup shot of the wingbacks that were recently reupholstered in a delicious raspberry linen and studded with silver nailhead trim, as well as a peek of the gorgeous new hardwood floors:
New lighting is in place:
We are moving right along on this room, so stay tuned for more progress pics and
have a wonderful weekend!
