ORGANIZED CHAOS + A ROUNDUP OF CHIC TRAYS

Last Friday night after the littles went to bed, I cozied up with a cocktail and immediately fell down a Pinterest rabbit hole of chic solutions for organizing all the random chaos around my home! I may share pretty pictures of my house here and on Instagram on a daily basis, but the truth is, there are plenty of piles of random stuff in every corner that you don’t see and I’m finally getting serious about tackling them all!

One of my go-to solutions for organizing around the house is to use a bevy of beautiful trays to corral every day items that I use on a regular basis! Olive oils, vinegars, salt and pepper shakers and a utensil crock sit on a rattan beauty in the kitchen; a marble tray in the master bath holds skincare favorites, a container of q-tips and makeup brushes – even the kids crafts and coloring stuff is concealed on a wicker tray on the kitchen table with a matching dome on top! There’s just something about everything being stowed on a tray to create the illusion of order and organization and, for me, countertops, tables and nightstands just feel more streamlined and clean!
