not your grandmother’s wicker
I have a love/hate relationship with patio furniture these days; I would LOVE to find pieces for my screened-in porch, but am too indecisive to figure out what is is that I really want. For the longest time, I was pretty sure I wanted teak that would weather to a gorgeous, silvery gray…but then I couldn’t find anything that really screamed, “BUY ME NOW!!!”. And I’m not going to lie, teak is not cheap, so if I’m going to spend the big bucks, I need to be head over heels in love. I’m going through a wicker phase right now…I am loving the new Monterey collection from Pottery Barn – clean, modern lines and pretty deep seats, perfect for me (5’10”) and the hubby (6’4″) to lounge.
