NEUTRAL HOME DECOR PIECES TO TRANSITION INTO FALL
I’ve never been a huge fan of “decorating” my home for the change of seasons; rather, as the weather starts to change this time of year and temps begin to dip, I pull out my chunky throws, light all the candles and pull out a mix of wood, marble and woven pieces to really up the comfy, cozy feel.
I love texture and can’t get enough of it year-round, but I think I do a pretty good job of investing only in beautiful pieces for my home and table that can be styled to compliment my existing pieces all throughout the year. My favorite rattan covered vases display hydrangeas all summer long, but come fall, I arrange them down my table and mantle with candles for a soft, warm glow. A brass pepper mill adds a warm touch to a charcuterie board and tortoise salad servers are a stunning addition to a fall tablescape (but are equally at home on an alfresco dining table in summer!)
For me, it’s all about versatility and I think the pieces below are beautiful finds not just for the transition from summer into fall, but all year round! What fall-inspired pieces are you loving lately?
Rattan cheese knife set / Ribbed pinch vase / Glass hurricane / Brass peppermill (more budget-friendly option here) / Bamboo floor lamp / Striped tea towel / Seagrass pitcher / Tortoise salad servers / Rattan hurricane vase / Braided tray / Footed marble bowl
