luxe for less: jill rosenwald trellis rug
I’ve been smitten with the Surya rug in blue by Jill Rosenwald since I first laid eyes on it, and when a client was looking for a large rug for her family room, I immediately thought it would be the perfect fit. Fortunately and unfortunately, we have lots of decorating planned for the whole house, so we needed to find a large rug for a small price so that we could continue on our decorating escapades without killing our budget on one item. We found a similar look for a fraction of the price and it is fabulous!

The larger-scale pattern actually works better in this space and I love the charcoal on cream-really adds a touch of modern elegance. This room is very close to being finished, so stay tuned for more pics!

I have seen a few other people use that rug and it is fabulous. I did use the Jill Rosenwald rug in blue for a client and they did not like the way it curls up on the ends…..so I think you made the right choice.
