FRIDAY FIVE

Happy St. Valentine’s Day and Happy FRIDAY!!! This has been the longest week, jam-packed with all the kid activities at school, a sick day and hosting two Valentine’s Day parties at the same time at school today, so I’m ready for this week to be over and for the long weekend to begin! We’re expecting more rain this weekend, so the kids and I will be cleaning and organizing rooms and toy bins with some breaks for a movie, making more sugar cookies and trying to tackle the mountain of laundry waiting to be folded and put away. Here are a few other things that caught my eye this week:

REVISITING THIS BLUE + WHITE + PINK VALENTINE’S DAY TABLE SETTING FROM A FEW YEARS BACK. I picked up a small bunch of peach roses for my little miss this week and they reminded me of this table I created a few years back. Proof that Valentine’s Day doesn’t just have to be pink and red hearts, but can be just as chic with fluffy white hydrangeas from Trader Joe’s and bamboo flatware!

H&M released the blue version of their splatterware that I shared last week and it’s SO GOOD!!! I ordered the butter dish and serving bowl and can’t wait for them to arrive! I also love their smaller plates and mugs! The perfect compliment to a table with all white dinnerware!

I binged season two of THE NIGHT AGENT and was sadly super disappointed. I loved the first season and had very high hopes for the second after waiting almost two years. What are some shows you recommend adding to my watch list? Be sure to leave in the comment section below!

Looking to spruce up my front porch to add some life while it’s too cold to add flowers and ferns and am LOVING this high gloss address sign on Etsy! It comes in so many colors, but I think the navy is just so chic!

HANDS DOWN, THE BEST SUGAR COOKIE RECIPE EVER! The kids have requested round two (okay, actually 3) of heart sugar cookies and this recipe by Broma Bakery is the only one we use anymore. Simply the best!
