farewell, big guy

My heart goes out to my mom, who said farewell to her 210-pound teddy bear, Cooper, today. This gentle giant was a constant companion, protector and friend who helped my mom get through some trying times. Anyone who has ever loved and lost a pet can imagine how heavy her heart is today. Thank goodness for our furbabies…for enriching our lives and changing them forever. We miss you already, big guy…

Please accept my deepest condolences for the loss of Cooper. It never ceases to amaze me how these souls in fur coats add enormous value to the human spirit. Your mother was very blessed to have him.

My heart goes out to your Mom, you and all your family and friends who loved that beautiful, wonderful Cooper… What a blessing to have had him in your lives… I like to think he is UP THERE
romping, happy and healthy, with our Sam, MacArthur, Mikey and BD~~~ and if I know "MY sweet, big babies", they're taking very… good… care… of… him… and showing him the ropes! I know they'll all be good friends!!!

Kelly, not sure how I came upon your website, but my husband and I bought a foreclosure a little over a year ago; have loved your ideas and style and have really enjoyed getting inspiration from you to fix up our place. The other thing that also connected me to you was your love for animals. We have a rescue dog and she has changed our lives. I am so sorry to read about your Mother losing Cooper, it truly is a heart-breaker when your best friend is gone. Hope she finds peace in her memories of him in the days to come.
