CHEERS TO 2024!

Happy New Year! I can’t believe it’s 2024; my husband was just saying the other night how it feels like it was just Halloween last week and I have to agree. Since having my second child, time feels like it’s flying by at warp speed, and since I’ve never been one for making New Year’s resolutions, my primary goal, not just at the beginning of the year, but the whole year through, is always to SLOW DOWN. I truly feel like I was so much more intentional with my time last year – spending more one-on-one time with my children, taking a minute before making dinner or getting the day started to pick up a book or cookbook to flip through (I really worked hard on this one to show my kids that it’s important not to just rush from one chore to the next) and not stressing (as much) as the house being upside down and inside out. Time really is the most precious gift and managing it is and probably will always be something I strive to be better with. With that being said, I’m very excited about some new projects, fun collaborations and blog posts to come this year. But for now, I’m cozying up and enjoying one of my favorite months of the year.
