SPRING AT HOME

April and May are undoubtedly the busiest of the year, with the end of school and all the projects, field trips and activities that go along with it. The last few weeks, while silent on the blog, have been fast-paced and exciting in real life, but I did manage to snap a few photos of all the green and blooming goodness around our neck of the woods; I was especially pleased with the tulip bulbs my daughter and I planted last fall – they looked more like peonies when they bloomed! And up until we took a stroll through town a few weeks back, I had never before scene white knockout roses (see below), but you can believe that I ran to the nearest garden center to inquire about ordering. So beautiful! Below are a few snaps of the glorious spring we had around our neck of the woods:
