MY CURRENT FAVORITE COMFORT FOOD RECIPE

In keeping with my Ins and Outs for 2025, I’m sharing another cookbook recipe that has been on constant rotation this winter! When it comes to comfort food, I’d be hard pressed to think of something other than a hearty pasta dish to make everyone happy and this one is absolutely amazing! I also have yet to make an Ina recipe that isn’t as delicious as it is easy to prepare and this one is no exception. From her aptly entitled cookbook, Modern Comfort Food, this is a go-to when I make dinner for friends who have had a baby, aren’t feeling well or just because, but it’s also one of my kids’ favorites, as well! I can whip it up while they’re at school and then pop it in the oven quick. I serve it with a salad and homemade bread and it’s always a hit.
