luxe for less: “vintage” subway sign

Vintage subway signs are definitely a trend that don’t seem to be going anywhere anytime soon-if they’ve been on your radar for a while, but you can’t swallow the pricetag, have I got a treat for you!  Home Decorators offers a five foot long “vintage” subway roll sign in your choice of three cities – New York, Paris or London – for…are you ready for this?  $34!!!!  I purchased one of the London banners to commemorate the trip to the U.K. the hubs and I took last Spring and I have to say, despite being a “reproduction”, it’s pretty charming and you can’t beat the price.  Sorry for the dark pics – I quick stuck it up in our family room to show you what it looks like, but it’s actually going in a hallway.  I love it:
