luxe for less: bling chandelier

Robert Abbey’s Bling Chandelier has always been one of my favorites and it was the first thing that popped into my head when sourcing lighting to add a bit of glam to a client’s living room I’m working on.  Unfortunately, the $1400 price tag was a tad bit out of reach, so I beat feet to find an affordable alternative that still had the same wow factor and wouldn’t you know, I found it on Overstock, of all places!  Here is the pricey, yet aptly named Robert Abbey Bling chandelier in all it’s glory:

And here is the much more affordable, $250 version from Overstock.  Can you tell a difference?

Here are a few shots of it up in my client’s living room.  After attaching 200-some glass balls, it was completely mesmerizing!
