FRIDAY FIVE
After an entire week of rain and thunderstorms, I’m so ready for some sunshine and pool time this weekend! Time has been flying faster than ever lately and this week has been no exception. I’m looking forward to some much-needed, low key family time, game night and movie night and trying a few new recipes. Before signing off for the weekend, I’m sharing a few things of note from this past week below:

Sandal season is upon us and nothing has ever given immediate results like this Natural Pedicure by Bare Hands. The glass pumice stone is exceptional, there’s just no other way to describe it. And the balm is so easy to apply and isn’t greasy….I honestly couldn’t believe how soft my feet were after just one use!
When it comes to skin care, I swear by red light therapy. I’ve used the Light Salon Boost Mask for the last two years and have been so impressed with how well it plumps your skin and reduces fine lines and wrinkles, but I hated that it did not address the neck and I didn’t really want to buy a bib just for that area. Last fall, I bought the Lumebox 2.0 when it was on sale and was shocked at how well it worked. It’s a lot more potent, so you don’t need to use it on your skin as long, but it also hit my face and neck at the same time. I’ve also used it for muscle soreness and recovery after a workout, as well as on the back of the neck for ten minutes before bed for better sleep. It’s currently on sale 40% off now.
I recently bought these kitchen towels; mine were in such bad shape, it was time for some new ones. I ordered this set of three on a whim because of the size and buffalo check and, so far, so good. Love the size and how absorbent they are.
I am a huge fan of author Beatriz Williams and have long been wanting to read A Hundred Summers; I finally ordered it and so far, so good!
If you’re looking for something sweet to make with the kiddos this weekend, these browned butter chocolate chip cookies are SO GOOD!!! You’ll never go back to regular chocolate chip cookies again….my littles love whipping these up!
Wishing you a wonderful weekend!
