CHRISTMAS 2022

Happy New Year! I hope you all had a wonderful Christmas and are off to a great start in 2023! Every year I have the best intentions of sharing all my Christmas and holiday-inspired ideas and photos but, like many of us, time creeps up on me and when it comes to choosing between blogging and doing all the Christmas things with my littles, my babies win every time. So, since I’m way behind on posting and my tree will be up until Epiphany this weekend, I thought I’d share a few snippets from Christmas decor at my house this year before moving on with posts for the New Year!

We always go with fresh white pine garlands and a Frasier Fir tree with enough white lights to be seen from outer space; my mantra is that there aren’t enough lights on the tree until my hubby is complaining that his retinas hurt to look at it, lol. Red grosgrain ribbon tied around pretty much everything, but especially topiary, the porcelain Nativity from my childhood, the kids’ gingerbread houses on cake plates, small preserved boxwood wreaths on striped grosgrain and paper bag snowflakes my little miss cut last year tied everything else together.
