ralph lauren paint is back at home depot!

The day Home Depot stopped carrying Ralph Lauren paint in order to make room for Martha Stewart’s line was, indeed, a sad one for me.  They had the most brilliant, saturated color palettes in every beautiful color from soft whites to the deepest, darkest, moodiest of blues.  Hoarding their paint swatches was the best part of trips there and their seasonal design folders carried a multitude of inspiration for more than just paint!  I was especially disappointed when it came time to paint Baby Girl’s crib because I knew Champagne Toast was the ONLY color that would give me the look I was going for in her nursery – so much so that I ended up driving TWO HOURS to the nearest specialty paint store just for a gallon!  So, I’m especially excited to see that Home Depot is once again carrying their line!  Here’s a peek at some of their latest inspiration:

The colors in their Harbor Blues and Atlantic Light collections are so dreamy:

And I’m LOVING their Indigo Denim faux paint techinque...a less expensive, DIY version of blue grasscloth wallpaper, perhaps?  Isn’t is stunning??

Check out Home Depot and Ralph Lauren Paint for more colors and inspiration.

Have a wonderful weekend!

I'm planning on trying this in our new dining room! Since stacks of twenties aren't falling from the sky and II can't afford navy grasscloth. 🙂 Fingers crossed….ps. I love your blog – your pictures are all so beautiful and inspiring!

Thank you so much, Erin! I tried this technique once a few years ago and it was a mess, but patience is not a virtue I was blessed with so I'm guessing that had a lot to do with the result! Please post pics if you do it!!
