obsessed: lutyens bench, take 2

When it comes to garden inspiration, I LOVE the idea of complimenting gorgeous landcaping with a beautiful garden bench.  The idea of sitting for a spell to enjoy and admire all your hard work is just heaven to me (especially now that baby girl is so mobile!) I have long been obsessed with and will never tire of the Lutyens bench.  It’s curved back and rolled arms are so elegant and not only make for a beautiful focal point for a garden, but it’s a beautiful alternative to traditional seating for a porch or patio and look just as amazing in formal landscaping as in small cottage gardens.  As much as I love the set of adirondack chairs on my front porch, I think a pair of these beauties in weathered teak would look fabulous flanking my front door.  They just add a chic, charming touch.  Below are some lovely examples of how the Lutyens bench adds a beautiful, sophisticated touch to a garden, landscaping or patio:
