more bookshelf inspiration

Brooke Giannetti, the fabulous designer behind one of my favorite blogs, Velvet and Linen, also has a way with bookshelves. She keeps it simple with books and collectibles…

…as well family photos and the occasional pop of greenery:

I saw this pic on la Dolce Vita yesterday and immediately added it to my inspiration file…love the books mixed with big chunks of coral:

Love this hallway vignette by Kate Jackson:

Neutral colors and leather-bound books give a masculine feel to this set of built-ins, via HGTV:

Blues, gold and cream reigns supreme on this shelf designed by Emily Henderson:

More built-in beauty from the fabulous Mary Ann over at Classic Casual Home:

Happy Hump Day!
