luxe for less: large seagrass basket

This should really be a “Fab Find Friday”, but since it’s Tuesday and I can’t wait until the end of the week to show you, I’m posting today, instead!  I’ve loved large seagrass baskets for a while now…stylish storage for towels, firewood, magazines, flip flops, you name it.  The Beachcomber basket from Pottery Barn was on my radar for a while:

…but at $129, I thought I could do better.  Then, I found this one from Wisteria at $69:

Much better price than Pottery Barn’s, but I never ended up buying it.  Then today, on a whim, I stopped into my local Marshall’s and found this beauty staring right back at me:

I beat another woman to the punch and nabbed it (her legs were considerably shorter than mine). The picture doesn’t do its size justice-at almost 20 inches wide and 18 inches tall, it’s perfect!  Best part of all was the price:

Can’t beat that with a stick!  I’ve been told that TJMaxx also has these in stock, so run over and get yours soon…this awesome of a bargain is sure to NOT last long.

LOVE this. and with a water proof container inside, it would be pretty with a house plant/tree in it. I want one.

Absolutely, Maryann! Was thinking a fiddle leaf would look great in there 😉
