LOVING LATELY

We are loving being on summer schedule, with nowhere to be and nothing to be doing, with the exception of baseball and swim practice a couple times a week, which leaves all the pool and quiet time that we don’t have during the schoolyear. Of course, I am loving every minute of this much-needed downtime with my littles, and I’ve even had the chance recently to do some online shopping for something other than sunscreen or cleaning supplies (so glamorous, I know). Below are a few summer finds I’m loving for the season – a few I have and love and a few others I’m currently eyeing:

Bamboo frames / Black mini dress / Wine glass / Great Escapes Italy Book / Marble tray / Y-back swimsuit / Ilia mascara / Color Wow Dreamcoat / Leather sandals / Sarong

Bamboo frames – Love how these add so much texture and interest!

Black mini dress – such beautiful detailing and perfect with leather gladiator sandals!

Wine glass – Such a classic, perfect for all year round, but especially for those chilled glasses of pinot grigio on hot summer days by the pool!

Great Escapes Italy book – if I can’t be on the Amalfi coast this summer, at least I can page through this beauty for all the inspiration!

Marble tray – currently using this one to corral remote controls on a rattan tray on my ottomans and it’s so gorgeous!

Y-back swimsuit – love, love, LOVE the cut of this suit! It’s so flattering and the y-back makes it perfect for cannonballs with the littles but still chic enough for get togethers with my own friends, lol. Can’t recommend this suit enough!

Ilia mascara – with the help of a little sunless tanner, all I really need in the summer in terms of makeup, is a few swipes of this mascara for the most amazing lashes.

Color Wow Dreamcoat Spray – the ONLY thing I reach for when I want to blow out my naturally curly hair during the summer months! It works so well, does not weigh down my hair and, for some reason, my blowouts last so much longer whenever I use this. Another great summer beauty staple!

Leather sandals – I got these for my birthday last year and loved them so much, I bought them in black, as well! They go with everything from sundresses to linen shorts and a tank and are quite comfy.

Sarong – I found this beauty on Etsy on a half off sale and ended up loving it so much, I bought two more. It’s light and gauzy but not see through and comes in a ton of colors and patterns!
