french-inspired baby shower

Scrolling through my blog roll this morning, I was excited to find these pics of a French-inspired baby shower, hosted by Grace, who pens the blog, Grace Happens.  The shower was for Alexis Garret of Fern and Feather fame and I have to say, Grace did a beautiful job!  Every detail was thoughtful, creative and downright gorgeous.

The peach and white flowers look beautiful against the blue and white pottery and gingham tablecloth:

I love her idea of stamping “bon apetit” on craft paper and then wrapping them around French striped napkins:

A set of them were also given as napkins to the guests:

No stone was left unturned when it came to detail:

What a lucky mama-to-be to have such talented, creative and thoughtful friends!  To see more pics from Alexis’ shower, click here.

Hi! I wish I could take the credit for this baby shower, but it's the work of Grace from the wonderful blog, Grace Happens. http://www.nameisgrace.blogspot.com
