bathing beauties

I’ve had bathrooms on the brain lately, three in particular, to be exact.  With the help of a wonderfully talented tile guy and some fabulous materials, I’m thrilled with how well these babies are coming together, so I thought I’d give a little sneak peak.

White carerra marble subway tile was our first choice for this master shower, but when it failed to make it overseas in time to meet our building deadline, we switched gears and went with 3×6 subway tile in a herringbone pattern, instead.  And it looks fabulous!!

We paired it with white and light gray river rock on the floor:

The contrast is divine:

Blue-gray cabinets in a guest bath are accented by white carerra marble countertop and a white pedestal sink:

My favorite part is the fabulous, antique crystal hardware:

And last, but not least, a little Nantucket Gray paint, subway tile and oil-rubbed bronze plumbing fixtures give a kid’s bath a fun, fresh vibe:

Stay tuned for finished pictures of each of these projects!
